It seems to me that there should be an easy way of doing this, and it may just be a point I am ignorant on.

I would like to change the word next to the Search Box on my theme from "Search" to "Go" - how can I go about doing this? I know with CSS I can hide the word "Search", but what if I just want it changed?

And as far as I can tell, it isn't in any of the configuration pages in Admin, but maybe I am missing something.....

Thanks, worked well. Seems kind of silly that this sort of thing isn't built into the core....

not everyone needs to change strings.
