Advance Search Module?

A majority of real estate websites provide you the option to search for homes and filter the list based on multiple terms/conditions. Many of these sites simply called it Advanced Search. I am trying to replicate that concept for an event listing site. Which module(s) would you recommend? Thank you in advance.
