Taxonomy Translation causes a conflict with the CTools module called Page Manager which handles path overrides for Panels 3.

CTools makes it possible for modules to cooperate. It is up to the other module to either implement this or choose to be incompatible. I've done all I can on this one.

So far as I know, current versions of i18ntaxonomy do cooperate but I am not involve with them at all.
