Problems recoloring the theme.

I'm trying to change the basic colors, and in none way i can do ti.
I try using the presets recolors, and it doesnt work.
I try making my own recolor, and the error is always the same.

"The selected file could not be copied, because no file by that name exists. Please check that you supplied the correct filename."

I'm not pro on php, so, i dont know if this is an error on coding or on my own server permissions.

Please help me @_@
