Issue Summary
This patch allows to enable automatic display of the hCard, instead of heaving to overwrite theme_user_profile().
* it adds an option to the admin interface to enable hCard display for nodes
* it adds an option to the admin interface to enable hCard display for user profiles
* Updates the documentation in INSTALL.txt
* Adds a vcard.css for minimal default display
* Adds a vcard.install file to remove variables on uninstall
