how to send email to mutliple recipients with custom url

I'm wondering if there's a module that will allow me to set up a node where users can input the names and emails of their friends and have them each individually sent a custom email based on the information entered.

For instance, user inputs a friend's information: John Smith and john@example.com
John receives an email pointing him towards www.example.com/john_smith

tellafriend, forward, send, and webform don't seem to manage.
