gregarios commentedThis is fixed in beta5.

WildBill commentedNo it's not. I upgraded to beta5 from beta3? (sorry, can't remember). Now there is no description from teaser, no keywords from taxonomy. They were working before.
Tried 1.x-dev, which reveals the "Use teaser for Description" option. Checked that box, still nothing. I have checked all the settings, I can't figure out why Nodewords won't output a description or keyword.

gregarios commentedI just triple-checked, and beta5 is indeed working perfectly on my news site. Go to www.kpbj.com to verify if you like. Descriptions are working great, taxonomy terms are all present and accounted for.
I opened this thread, and I am declaring my bug report fixed.
Uninstall the dev version completely, then install a fresh copy of the beta. Then, try clearing all caches, updating the database, and saving the preferences again.

WildBill commentedYou were right, I screwed up somewhere. Apologies.

can you "quad-drupal" check your site... cuz i'm not seeing a "description" meta-tag. Did you disable that option?
WildBill commentedAfter I first upgraded to beta5, there was NO option that said "Use teaser for description meta tag" AT ALL. I upgraded to the dev version, still no luck. So I completely uninstalled, then installed beta5 again from scratch. Presto, it works.

avpaderno6.x-1.3-beta5 has that option (see line 351 and following), which was also present in 6.x-1.3-beta4, 6.x-1.3-beta3, 6.x-1.3-alpha1, and other versions.

gregarios commentedNo problem...
Yes, they are working. Keep in mind my site's home page is a taxonomy page, so there are no descriptions there because it has no main teaser. If you go to any article (story node) page the description is there as expected. See attached screenshot.
