I need to check with my ISP that they can host a Drupal web site and they have asked me to give them the technical spec of what I will require. Is there a particular document that I should be looking at to get this information.

I don't know if this is listed in the requirements, but for some specific functionality it is also required to have Safe Mode turned off on the host.

Most of the web hosting should provide the features required by Drupal, but a good drupal-optimized hosting will need to have very fast connection between MySQL and web server.
