Issue Summary
Safari is having issues downloading pdfs. Safari tries to open the file in the browser and fails horribly.**SEE SCREENSHOT**

I have checked the settings for pdfs to make sure the display method is download but something is screwy. http://img.skitch.com/20091029-dsui2yyse1tuxgrr6td39191f9.jpg
It works in all other browsers just Safari(4.0.3) giving issues.
Using tcpdf v4.5.013.

Does this happen always? Even when it's the first time that this PDF gets generated? Does it happen also with dompdf?
The PDF seems to be OK, but either Drupal or your proxy isn't serving the proper headers or Safari is broken in strange ways. I'm betting it's the first options.
