I d like to create a function which brwose contect by user list , i.e. click the user name any content the user commited will be displayed . Which module i can use? or any different way i can use.

Have a look at "tracker module" that is in Drupal core.
Is that what you want ?

i would like the contents group by user name, i.e. click a user name all the content submitted by the user will be displayed.

There is track function in user profile, how to move this function to the home page. I mean show up user list and click one to show the content belong to the user?
