Some links and form fields don't work; can't log in!

For some reason when I go to my site, I can't type in any of the form fields, and some of the links don't work either. This means I can't log in as an admin to figure out what the problem might be. I'm posting in the theme forum because the only thing I can think of is that it worked before I did some edits to my css and page.tpl.php files. Nothing seems to be wrong with those files though. Could it be a javascript thing with one of my modules or something?

Update

I think it has to be a javascript issue, but I still have no idea how to fix it. The only thing I can think of is that while I was editing the css and page.tpl files my ShareThis module seemed to be behaving strangely, and that uses javascript.

Another possibility?

Another possibility is that one of my divs (bottom) that houses the footer and everything at the bottom of the site, seems like it's extending to the top of the page, and is somehow on top of the "articles" div or other divs in the content div of my site. I haven't played with z-indexes or anything so I'm not sure how this could happen, but I'm also not well versed in css (as you can probably tell from me stumbling through this message).
