please display time in pop-up for repeating dates

When looking at the month view, clicking on an event causes the pop-up to display the title and body, and when it is the first instance of the event, it also shows the date, time and repeating rules. However, on all subsequent events, the popup only displays the node title and body. The date and repeating rules aren't particularly important to me, but displaying the time for these events would be super.

I believe I am experiencing the same problem with repeating dates and times. There is a lot of inconsistency in the display or repeating dates on all of my calendars.

After further research on my end it appears I am having problems with getting the Calendar Popup to display all repeated dates while having my node display show only lets say the next 5 upcoming dates.
If I set the content types Display Field --> Basic settings to something like show 5 starting from now and ending in now +21 day then on my calendar page the only listings that will show dates will be the ones that fall withing the display field settings. If I set my display field settings to show all dates for a repeating date then all listings on my calendar page will show the date and time for that content type in the popup.
I would really like to be able to control these display settings independently or use the View's "Group Multiple Values" Field settings.
Does anyone know a way around this?
Also, how would I go about setting past relative dates in the starting from ______ field? I've tried "now -14 day", "now -2 week", "2 weeks ago", etc.
