Disable link for parent terms

Issue Summary

Hi there,

Great module, saved me a lot of time! I'm trying to make the parent term not link to another page. I want it to expand upon clicking to reveal the child terms. The child terms will be clickable links but the parent terms not. How can I achieve this?
