Send email to all users?

Hey guys,
I'd like to send an email/newsletter to all those users on my userlist, is there a way I can do it off drupal? Or do I have to install a new "subscription" module and get everyone to sign up.
I'm a big novice so I use a hosting server for Drupal 6.x - so please keep jargon to a minimum!
