some customizations - upload form and kalturaCE

Hi there,
I need some help with this stuff..
The documentation is a bit wired...

1. How I can I find/define the a new/other "SE_UICONF_ID" for the upload form? ( I know I can change this ID in the module files) I Saw in firebug that different Id's are called out of a directory that I can't find.. like kalturaCE/kcw/ui_conf_id/601 .
- If I want to use my own form - witch files do I need or what files I can change? And where to register them?

Do need to upload the kcw-module to my kalturaCE?

2. I don't need the "terms of use" pop up - How can I get rid of?
