can I create a default queue for my taxonomy subqueues?

I love DDB! thanks for a great module.

I'm working with DDB and nodequeue to set up rotators for each of our Category (taxonomy) terms. We have 10 categories which is a lot to maintain individual slideshow rotator blocks for.

I'm wondering if I there's a way to create a "default" Category rotator queue that will popular the rotators unless an editor overwrites them in the speciifc Category subqueue. Is this possible? if so, how?
