Kaltura doesn't stop loading

I am working from a new install and included the Kaltura module. The Kaltura Media Node and Kaltura Media Remix is working but when I take the cursor to the background when using the Kaltura Media Node the hourglass keeps running. The module appears to be working fine. Any help!
