I have used Masquerade 6.x-1.3 and it doesnot work.
There are no errors but user just don't switched.
I don't ask to fix it - just report my expirience and result of testing.

It will never work, sorry. These two concepts don't work together. Masquerade is just loggin you as a different user on a CLIENT side, SSO needs controller side. I will add this to the README.txt.
