Banner module not counting clicks 4.7.0

I recently upgrade to 4.7.0 and have been updating my modules. Currently the banner module is not counting clicks. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I run clean 4.7.0 and have same problem with clicks.

I just noticed there's now a version of Banner in CVS that says it works with 4.7.

I use the new version of banner module, and have the same problem.

Downloaded CVS yesterday, didnt help.

... you are not an adminstrator (that is with uid 1) or not the user posted the banner.
