Hi the added roles/permission works accordingly. However, after editing the content, the content will no longer 'attached' to respective group. And also, the group checkbox is no longer available.
Disable this module, the group checkbox reappear and content can be asssigned to a group like normal.

This is indeed not covered by tests yet.
However, I somehow doubt it, because otherwise, a lot of people would have confirmed the bug in here already.
