I have a Drupal web service that performs a node save on a content type that includes location data.
The supplied google map API doesn't give accurate positional data in the UK (due to restrictions placed on it by Royal Mail). However, there is a Google AJAX Search API which does still provide accurate data (see http://www.tomanthony.co.uk/blog/geocoding-uk-postcodes-with-google-map-...) and I would like to use this script.
So, my issue becomes:-
is there any way to invoke the AJAX Serach API as part of an automated node save?
