I get thsi error at my site.
What can i do about it
can i download this module and reinstall it or?

Since it's the watchdog module, it's in Drupal core. You could probably just recreate that mysql table. It could conceivably just be a permissions problem with the mysql database file. I'd go in and check out the file in your mysql directory first, and if it's just not there, recreate the watchdog table.
