Allow create node option

First off thank you for making a nice module.

I'd like to have a feature where users can click on a quicktab and it brings up an add node page. For instance if you go to any standard drupal install and you go to node/add/page or ?q=node/add/page I'd like to have this content loaded into a quicktab.
