Not everybody wants the "Give points" link on nodes.

This patch adds a checkbox to the configuration panel to control whether it shows or not.

Works a treat thx :) I'd like to see the possibility of a tab in profile for authenticated users. So if I went to John's profile, I could click on the tab, already have John as the receiver, and simply input the points I want to give.
