Issue Summary
I've been looking into this module for providing feedback on our site. The thing that is stopping use of it would be the inability to reply directly to the feedback to the user either by e-mail or the user contact form. Looks like http://drupal.org/node/353548 does some of this but still doesn't allow you to quickly and easily reply to the feedback message from the admin interface so the user knows what happened with their feedback.
Is this something I'm missing and if not is it being worked on or could be worked on?

However, marking as duplicate of #351698: Use entities for Feedback messages and #293512: Abstract back-end for integration with 3rd party issue trackers. Please search for existing issues before submitting a new one.
You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
