Need an Ubercart 2.x Payment Module for Elavon (which I hear is similar/same to Internet Secure - http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/7593)

Elavon is not a payment gateway by itself, but a merchant account provider - it connects merchant accounts to payment gateways, but the gateways themselves are what you need to integrate with.

for example in the UK, you can read on their site: "Some of Elavon's certified PSPs include: Realex, Secpay, Datacash, BT Buynet and many more."

There are already integration solutions for some of these gateways eg http://drupal.org/project/uc_realex
