Upgrading from 5.10 to 5.20, updating database?

Hi!
I am up dating a D5 site from 5.10 to 5.20 (yes, I know I have been slow with my updates the past year).
When I had done the update and ran update.php, but no updates scripts were available for any module. Is this correct? Are there no changes to the database between 5.10 and 5.20?
My editor (TinyMCE using http://drupal.org/project/wysiwyg) was behaving strange after the update, so either I missed out on copying some files in the update precess or the update script didn't run correctly.

The problem with the editor was because I forgot to copy the folder 'misc' as explained in the README.txt in the module: http://drupal.org/project/jquery_update
But I am still wondering about the database: Are there no updates in the database between 5.10 and 5.20?
