Would like Send to phone options to include a textarea for default value and a list of all available tokens. I have an events system in place and would like to load event dates into the default value and the node body too, obviously if all tokens are available then heavily customised default values can be achieved.

Also you might like to include an option for the content types, "User can edit message". If unchecked then instead of textarea there is simply a preview of message in a paragraph and Send button. If checked it's as is.
