I want that my users can buy roles with userpoints. How to?

And I want that my users become a rol after send a content, is possible?

You can do that with couple of modules. I saw somewhere a module for ubercart that enables you to pay also with points.
About the role, you can assign a role after an action (submit a content) with the rules module.
