create Advanced Polls as adminsitrator or member

Does anyone know if Advanced Poll can support poll creation by members as well as administrators. I'm looking for a membership website where the members can manage their own polls. I haven't found any plug in/module that provides this functionality.

I don't see why not. Similar to the core poll.module. Have you set the proper permissions per role in administer -> users for the module in question?
