Features Projects and Repository?

Does Features have a repository to find community feature export projects?

I imagine a place like Drupal's projects, but with Reatures. Each feature export project will have an issue queue and a maintainer. Does this exist? Are the plans for this in the future?

For example, where do I go to find the feature export for things like popular Image or WYSIWYG configurations? These two things take me a large amount of site building time and I'm sure others feel the same. If one person developed a feature export project for each of these, it will make site building with Drupal so much quicker and painless.
