Free themes module

I've been searching for modules to help me create a site similar to drupal-theme.net
I am starting a bebo skins site and would like to display my free skins like drupal-theme.net has for drupal themes.
Can anybody help? I am a new drupal user and so far I love it....I tried joomla first and well I like drupal better!
Does anyone know the exact modules I would need? I may have got a bit carried away with the modules but below is what I've installed:

fckeditor
cck
fivestar
image
imageapi
imagebrowser
imagecache
imce
img_assist
node_gallery
views
votingapi

pathauto
webfm
etc......
Any help would be appreciated

I think drupal-theme.net probably uses quite a bit of custom script.
So don't get your hopes up too much if you're not a php expert.
For your own site, I'd of thought theme switchers would be useful:

I'm no expert thats for sure haha....thats why I'm asking the experts.
I've got like over 100 bebo skins I made. I want to be able to display them in a way so that people wanting to use them can of course try it on before they use it then be able to rate it etc...I'd also need to categorize them (cute, sporty, retro etc).
Time makes good wine......I will keep reading some tutorials online.

Sorry, I didn't realise you weren't talking about creating a drupal themes site.
I thought you had ported 100 'bebo skins' into drupal themes.
