After installing Content Access AND when I again uninstall causes the PRIMARY MENU'S to disappear. DON'T KNOW WHY?

check administer -> post settings and see if there is a button to rebuild the access table.

I tried it and can't reproduce it, did you do that on fresh site or with some modules? because it might an issue from another module.
