The padding for polls seem a little excessive....3cm? That's a bunch of white space.

I changed this down to 3em which seems more reasonable and it's committed to the bluebeach repository. I'm having trouble synching it over, but it will be deployed soon enough.

This is now rolled out. If you can provide advice on some of the other css problems we have (getting the avatar to have enough margin that li place at the top of a post are not a problem) then I'll be happy to tweak this down to 1em ;) Until then, we're over-polishing one area while we have big holes in others.
