Problem with access to galleries without any images

Description
There is a problem with access to the galleries that consists only other galleries, not images. If gallery contains any image, user can access it. Without Image Access Control users can access the gallery. I setup the module, rebuild access rights, tries to set up "View this gallery" rights, but Near the button Update there is a option "for all 0 nodes immediately".

The problem is that after installing Image Access Galleries module nobody except user with UID=1 have no any access to the galleries, containing only nested galleries, not images. Before I install the module, all the site visitors registered and unregistered was able to view galleries.
After I've found out it, i open page admin/content/image/edit/ (for each gallery) and try to assign a View rights to all the roles.
I expect, all user can view galleries.
Only user with uid=1 can view all the galleries. Other user can open galleries (/image/tid/) with at least one image in gallery. If gallery contains only nested galleries, the user see message "You haven't access...".
I using views galleries.

I cannot reproduce this problem.
A user with a role that can see a gallery does effectively see it, even if it's empty, and if I remove View access, the gallery disappears, as intended.
Please try upgrading to the -dev version of Image module.

Please upgrade to RC1 and tell me whether this issue still exists on your site. If it does, then let's solve it, but I need you to take an active role, because I cannot reproduce it here and can't do anything about it by myself.
