Issue Summary
I don't know if this is the right place to post this (if not, please refer me to the right queue.)
Only User 1 can use SHIFT+ENTER to make a single line break. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Thanks in advance!

I'm unable to reproduce this using Drupal 6.15, Wysiwyg 2.x-dev and TinyMCE 3.2.7.
Shift+Enter creates line breaks for all users I've tried with, are you still having this issue?

Works for me, too.
