http://drupal.org/node/299202 -contains a link to http://drupal.kollm.org/doxygen_contrib/drupal-contrib-phpdoc/modules.html which doesn't resolve.
I really don't know where to look for the correct url.

Axels server historically comes and goes a bit.
One day maybe a drupal-based alternative may be put up

But for now ... I guess we'll kill that link

Updated, pointed to the CVS repo instead. Not as readable, but not entirely useless.
