The chat window just says loading but it never loads. What do I do?

I dont even see the chat loading. This doesnt work. Would have been nice to see facebook style chat on Drupal.

The most common in this case is an configuration error in your module files.
1- Deactivate your module.
2- Go www.bowob.com and "Install".
3- Follow the instructions, downloading and overwritting all the files.
If the problem persists, use "Support" at www.bowob.com

There is no "install" link in your home page. To benefit other users:
you need to register and create your chat in bowob.com before you can use their Drupal module. So, go to their home page and click "Create chat" (http://www.bowob.com/register.php). Then follow the instructions.
