Move config to contenttype settings

Description
I believe it would be better to move the settings from global to each content-type. Basically any other module that enhances a content-type does this so ecard should do as well. Currently you don't have any feedback inside of /admin/content/node-type/mytype if you are editing it. This can be solved by this easily.
