Delta 3.x works now with ANY theme for overriding theme settings via Context module conditions/reactions.
Adding ability to completely override theme settings, or preserve (sync) theme settings that are unchanged in a Delta override when they are changed in the primary theme settings.
Update to "stable" 2.0 release.... it is recommended though still to use the new 3.x version.
