In retrospect I would be been better to sick to normal stuff and not use flash but I had a vision of the Flash component being easier to change than having to recode the deal in CSS + JS ++

I've found this module excellent during site development and want to construct some thinking patterns to keep clients focused. Combined with Growl it's been the most successful eliminator of emails, phone calls and scraps of paper to date.

Doing this is a bit out of my scope to easily get a handle on. Don't mind paying a few dollars to anyone who can guide me a bit and certainly don't mind if the result becomes a module that can be made an add on to privatemsg.

Anyone up for it?

You can modify the send button in CSS. If you want to use Flash, such a solution is not specific to Privatemsg; any module that uses the FormAPI can be customized in the same way. I'm closing this issue as four years have passed.
