Drupal Developer needed for 2 phase site.

Hello,

I am in need of a developer to create a site for a client and I believe drupal is the way to go. I am in process of creating a wireframe of the site that can be used as a visual / flow requirement doc as well as some standard requirements.

The project would be in roughly two phases ;

Phase 1. Basic Proof of concept site (beta release)
- Service Running so client can begin more detailed testing by users and marketing

Features;
Drupal install
static marketing pages
basic signup - Should be able to use just add a few fields to default Drupal user profile initially. ex: phone #, service provider
database of prompts to be sent to users email or phone via a list of free email to sms converters
script to send prompts (let's design this with variables so will scale already for later releases)
script (listener) to check email box for responses then post responses to DB tagged to user so will only display on that users journal.
users journal where they can view their responses (no editing or preferences, etc in phase 1)

Phase 2. System Upgrade
- This should get the system ready for public launch add editing, delivery prefs...

Features
prompt selection: users can click boxes to select / deselect certain catagories of prompts to be possibly ent to them
prompts delivery: user can select method (SMS, email, both), times of day sent, possibly # per day sent
prompt responses: user can not only resposnd via SMS, but now can also respond via email, or login to site to respond via web form.
journal edit: user can now not only view responses in journal, but can edit responses
also possible survey module (customer satisfaction, etc) there should be a free extension we can install.

Admin Backend controls

Phase 1- Beta release
user admin in case of issues
ability to add/remove/edit single prompts
ability to add/remove/edit prompt categories
ability to download/upload/replace prompts either en masse or by caregory
variables to adjust prompt delivery settings for beta market testing. affects all users.

Phase 2 - System update release
create / manage surveys
system usage reports

Responses with estimates (price and timeline) and resumes will be reviewed first.
A phase 3 is a possibility which would entail a secondary domain with it's own theme that would integrate with items from the original site. So a multi domain install is a possibility.
