Make it possible to turn off the "Filter this form" text

Issue Summary

Some other modules, like CAPTCHA, let you go into an editing "mode" where the "add CAPTCHA" text, etc. is added to every form. It would be great if Formfilter had something similar so that the text didn't show up all the time.

Am I misunderstanding this question, or hasn't this already been fixed with the settings page at: admin/settings/formfilter-ui
