We have a number of sites using different sets of languages. Some of these languages use alphabets other than Roman/Latin -- languages such as Russian (cyrillic alphabet), Hebrew, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Hindi.
All of these sites also operate in English, and I had to choose a "primary language" for each site, so I chose English. In truth, it makes no sense, as each language is equally valid for using the site.
The problem/issue I've got is that the CAPTCHA image is always being produced with Latin characters. If a visitor is using the site in a language that uses a different alphabet, they can't enter the challenge text (and don't understand it anyway).
Is there a way to get this to work? How are other sites doing it? Is this a known problem / limitation, and if so is there a plan to fix it?
Comments, suggestions and ideas would be appreciated.

Your issue is best filed against the actual Mollom service. I'd recommend filling out http://mollom.com/contact as it submits an internal Mollom service ticket.

For the benefit of others, the response I received from Mollom was that Captchas are only generated in "English" now. It is on their "feature request" list, but, in their words "I don't have any sense that it's a feature on any sort of priority fast-track" as they are concerned about the challenges becoming "almost impossible".
My own opinion is that the view expressed must come from those who only operate in "English". To Russians, for instance, Latin characters would be "almost impossible" whereas Cyrillic characters would be normal.
