Replacement Fails when Typogrify filter is enabled with "wrap Caps" on

When the Typogrify filter is enabled with the "wrap caps" setting selected, Reptag will not properly replace tags.
The workaround I've deployed is to simply make sure that "wrap caps" is not selected. Reptag will function fine if that's the case. This works for me as I have no need for "wrapped" capital letters.
What seems to be happening is that Typogrify is breaking the identifier (in this case "BLOCK"), so Reptag can't recognize it as a reptag.
Due to my configuration, I wasn't able to test re-ordering the filters to see if that would alleviate the situation, but it does not seem to me that it should.
NOTE: This would be a problem for any filter that alters the text of the tag!
Entering this issue for the information of other Reptag users -- not looking for a change. I do not think it can be fixed, but am leaving it open in case I'm wrong. If there's a better solution, please post.
