images not loaded

Hi all,
i have one problem. If I change theme (theme is created in artisteer and saved in sites/all/themes) images like logo, icons of languages atc. are not loading. If there is set Garland theme, everything is ok. Can it be caused by path which is used for images loading? Do somebody have some similar experiences?

check the paths of the images. Doing so should explain why he images aren't showing.

I checked the path and it is /mysite/sites/all/modules/languageicons for the icons of language. this is visible insted of the icon. Logo is not visible and path too. while I change theme back to garland, everything is ok. maybe the new theme need some changes to determine, where it should loading files and images. when I upload image in the new theme, image is saved corretly to sites/all/files but theme not load it. if I switch into garland this theme find and load uploaded files... I allready don't know how to solve it
