Hungarian phone numbers should contain only numbers and spaces be like not only 70 999 9999 but 20 999 999 with an optional prefix of "+36" or "06".

Here you can find the fixed phone.hu.inc file responsible for managing the hungarian phone numbers. Using this file the module can accept hungarian phone numbers in both format 20 999 999 and 70 999 9999.
File must be renamed to phone.hu.inc before using, of course!
