Seeking freelance Drupal 6 / Ubercart 2 / Front end developer for customised product sale system

We're actively looking for a developer who can code a system similar to below using Drupal and Ubercart as the backend, and Flash/Flex or Javascript on the front end.

Notice there must be a dotted box 10mm from the edge.

1. Choose number Lable Size from Standard and Economy size.

2.Number Range (1 - 100 or 301 - 400 etc)

3. Number of Sets (Allowing for more than one identical set)

4. Choose Material ( Pretex and Tyvek)

Customising the Number

1.Number size (choice of 3 predetermmined sizes, and 6 fonts) No extra cost
Font colour can be chosen Setup charge x and y per 100

2.Top text (allowing user to move text arround resize and change *colour. Predetermined fonts and fonts size options should be available)

3.Bottom text (allowing user to move text arround resize and change *colour. Predetermined fonts and fonts size options should be available)

4.Custom Text (allowing user to move text arround resize and change *colour. Predetermined fonts and fonts size options should be available)

3.Image upload option for logos etc.
Use As Is - No Cropping (Position and Resize in Design view)
Crop (Position and Resize in Design View)
Fill Entire Background (Crop and Fit to Number label Shape and Size)
Select option must be available asking customer to comfirm the number of colours in their logo (1,2,3 or 4+) This will apply the *Additional colours pricing structure below

4.Prefixes/Suffixes - Setup charge x and y per 100
Name - Setup charge x and y per 100 (this changes the number into a name eg Hello instead of 1234)

5.Background Colour band regions, allow user to increase the height of the region and choose 1,2or3 regions. prices applied as shown below

Option to create the entire label in black and white at no additional cost.

6. Back of lable information select
Medical Details - Setup charge free and £x per 100
Reverse Image (upload option) - Setup charge £x and £y per 100

Online Approval statement which has to be ticked to proceed with order.

We would like the option for customers to keep their unique design at a preview stage which they can come back to, if they wish to re-order at a later date.
