Issue Summary
Audio files sometimes have no title in their metadata. Audio Feeds, however, relies on the metadata to build track titles for the playlist. Some players display blank items for tracks with no title, which appears quite strange to users.
With this patch, a child audio node's title is used when the title is not provided in the metadata. Therefore, all tracks now get a title.
