not working at all

I downloaded the version listed as 4.7 and it has not yet been updated for the new 4.7 form api. Gives a php error when trying to access another user's profile page

I also tried the CVS version (May 1) and there's no functionality. No "Inbox" in the navigation area and no link in users' profiles. Just shows a couple of lines that just say "P" (ie. no Send Private Message link)
